We are looking for an experienced snow-plow operator to assist with winter snow removal at Belmont Business Park. This is a seasonal, on-call position and ideal for someone local to the Belmont or Dorchester area who wants extra work during the winter months.

This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

• Oversee daily operations of industrial units and storage facilities
• Tenant support, communication, and account follow-up
• Coordinate maintenance, snow removal, and property care
• Assist with tenant onboarding, showings, and move-ins
• Manage contractors, service providers, and vendors
• Support invoicing, payments, and tenant account management
• Ensure property cleanliness and functionality
